To be able to buy and interpret the Hogan Team Report you will need:

Team Report

The Hogan Team Report is designed to assess a team's effectiveness based on collective personality. Organisations often use this report to support new teams at “kick-off” and existing teams looking to leverage their people ability.

High performing teams can achieve superior business results. Unfortunately, teams are susceptible to all manner of dysfunction - from infighting to apathy. The Hogan Team Report helps leaders understand their teams' mix of strengths, weaknesses and culture as well as identifying and correcting potential fracture line to maximise team performance.

Before using the team report, Hogan requires successful completion of Certification Level 1 and the Team Certification, which includes a web course and quiz.

Overview

The team workshop incorporates exercises and team discussions to give the team an opportunity to find significant strengths, challenges, and ways to reach an improved and productive teamwork strategy.

 

1/2 day workshop

The 1/2 day workshop takes you though objectives, roles, derailers and culture fit.

Workshop Goals:

  • Build a foundation for understanding the results of the Hogan Team Report
  • Understand the implications of each component of the report for team performance including:

Full day workshop

The full day workshop takes you through objectives, roles, derailers, culture fit, team development planning and individual development planning.

Workshop Goals:
